How soon will I see results?
Many clients notice a visible improvement in glow, smoothness, hydration and even the appearance of fine lines after just one session. However, skin transformation is not magic - it’s a process. For meaningful, long-term results, consistency is key. We recommend following a personalized treatment plan tailored to your skin’s needs.

Our treatments are completely non-invasive, gentle, and relaxing. You can return to your day immediately after.
What skin types is it suitable for?
Our technology is safe and effective for all skin types and tones. During your first visit, we tailor the treatment based on your skin’s unique needs.
Are there any restrictions that may prevent me from receiving the treatment?
Yes. For your safety, we cannot perform this treatment if you:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have active cancer
• Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device
• Have severe heart conditions
• Have certain autoimmune diseases
• Have epilepsy or light sensitivity
• Have had injectable treatments in the past 2 weeks
• Have open wounds, infections, or active skin conditions on the face
In some cases, we may require medical clearance before proceeding. Your health and safety are our highest priority.
By booking your appointment, you confirm that you do not have any medical condition that may be contraindicated for light-based or oxygen-based treatments, and you accept full responsibility for informing us of any relevant health concerns.
Failure to disclose medical information may result in treatment denial at the time of your appointment.
This treatment is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Do I need to pay for the appointment now?
No. The $69 payment is made in person at the spa on the day of your appointment.
We trust our clients and do not require prepayment or a deposit.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
We kindly ask that you arrive with a clean face, free of makeup.
If that's not possible, please let us know during the confirmation call so we can allow extra time for cleaning.
A valid ID and payment method will also ne required at checkout.
What happens after I book my appointment?
A member of our team will contact you by phone (you’ll receive a call from a 720 area code) to confirm the details.
During this short call, we’ll also go over your skin history and health background to ensure the treatment is right for you.

What is the confirmation call, and why is it important?
After booking, one of our team members will reach out by phone or text to confirm your appointment.
During this short call (under 5 minutes), we’ll go over important health and skin questions to ensure the treatment is right for you.
We’ll also answer any questions you may have and share final instructions before your visit.

There is no cancellation fee, but we reserve the right to decline service at out discretion.
